Whether it is a seasonal banner or a flagpole accessory, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible for our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused flags and hardware back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
